Fundraisers
Cornhole is the rare fundraiser where nobody sits out. It's easy to learn in about thirty seconds, it works for every age and ability, and it keeps a room loud and happy for hours. You bring the cause, the crowd, and a space — we'll bring the tournament.
We're a travelling setup, not a venue: we haven't got a hall of our own, so we run your night wherever you can host it — and if you haven't got a room yet, we'll help you find one.
How a fundraiser night runs
We run fundraisers on Switcholio — the same format as our league nights. It's built so that nobody is knocked out early and nobody plays alone, which is exactly what you want when half the room has never thrown a bag.

Everyone plays, partners rotate
Each player gets a run of games with a different partner every time. No teams to organize in advance, no one left standing around, and beginners get mixed in with people who can show them the ropes.

Random draw for the playoff
Once the games are done, players are paired at random for the playoff — so the bracket is anyone's to win, and the night stays fun instead of turning into a two-team final.

Bracket decides the top three
An elimination bracket sorts out the podium — we'll pick the style that fits your timing and field size when we plan the night. Everything runs live on Scoreholio, so players follow their own matchups and standings from their phones.
You'll need a space — and we'll help you find one
Bridge City Cornhole doesn't have its own venue. We're a travelling setup: we bring the boards, the bags, and the people to run your night, and we do it wherever you can host it. That means the space is the one piece we need from you.

Option 1 — you have a space
A hall, gym, clubhouse, warehouse, backyard, or your own workplace. If you've already got somewhere in mind, tell us and we'll let you know how many boards it fits and how many players that means.

Option 2 — we find one together
No venue? We'll work the problem with you. We know the Saskatoon cornhole scene and the rooms that suit it, and we'll help you track down something that fits your date, your headcount, and your budget.
Either way, any venue costs — room rental, insurance, bar minimums, staffing — sit with the host, not with us. We'll tell you straight what a room needs to work before you commit to it.

- Setup and teardown of the playing area
- Staff to run the night start to finish
- An intro and coaching for first-time throwers
- Live scoring, brackets, and standings on Scoreholio
- Music through the night — we're not a DJ, but we'll keep tunes going so the room never plays in silence
- A format matched to your crowd and your hours
- A custom-designed trophy for your winners, if you want one — something they'll actually keep on a shelf (may be an additional cost)
You bring
- The venue — yours, or one we help you find
- Your players, and the ticket price you want to charge
- Prizes, whether donated or funded from ticket sales
- Food and drink, if you want them — catering, kitchen, or bar arrangements are between you and the venue

How many players
Down to the number of boards we can fit in your room. Give us your expected headcount and the space, and we'll tell you whether it works before you sell a single ticket.

How long
Plan on a few hours end to end — enough for everyone to get a solid run of games plus the playoff bracket. We'll size the format to the time you have.

What it costs
Ask us for a quote. What we charge depends on your headcount, how many boards the night needs, and where it's being held.

How much notice
The earlier the better — venues get booked long before we do, and weekend dates go first. Get in touch as soon as you have a rough date in mind.
Ways to raise more
The tournament is the spine of the evening, but it's rarely where most of the money comes from. The events that raise the most tend to run two or three of these alongside the bracket:
- A 50/50 draw running through the night
- A silent auction or raffle table on donated prizes
- Side games between rounds — closest-to-the-hole, skills challenges, a last-bag-standing pot
- A bar or canteen arrangement with the venue
